AXIS Rear Wing 350mm - Progressive - Carbon
The AXIS Progressive Rear Wings are our latest concept in rear wing design. They are suitable for advanced riders and can be perfectly combined with our HPS, ART or smaller BSC and PNG wings. Mostly flat, but with a very subtle downturn, these wings combine excellent speed with sensational turning.
Who are AXIS Progressive rear wings for?
AXIS Progressive rear wings are all-round wings for advanced drivers in combination with more powerful front wings like HPS, ART, PNG and BSC front wings.
You'll notice the difference the first time you carve or jibe.
Why did we develop the AXIS Progressive rear wings?
We were thrilled with the fast, stable AXIS Speed 380/60 and 420/60 rear wings and still are when it comes to flat water and racing for wingsurfing and big, fast waves for foil surfing. But we felt we had more to offer our riders in the turning department. After several iterations and tweaks, the new Progressive 350/63, 375/64, 400/65, 425/66, 450/67 and 475/68 rears delivered that in abundance.
With medium aspect ratio, a thin profile and subtly down-turned tips, this new design rolls beautifully into the turn, feels fluid and loose, and also grips in the carve and transition to the other side with predictable control and positive acceleration. Even advanced foilers will notice the difference immediately. It handles super well in rough conditions (just set it and forget it) and is still rewardingly fast with its thin foil area. The Progressive tail wings feel like a natural extension of your feet.
Riders find that the Progressive Rear Wings pair beautifully with our AXIS ART and AXIS HPS High Aspect Front Wings, and they work very well with any foil for riders looking to improve their turns and carves. As always, you should size your Progressive Rear Wing to match your experience and the size of your Front Wing. (Larger sizes for less experienced riders and larger front wing pairs).
