the product within 30 days.
How does that work?
Return the product(s) with a shipper of your choice at your own expense to the following address:

- The product must be unused.
- The sender bears the costs of the return shipment as well as the risk.
- To make it as easy as possible for our staff, please enclose a completed return form.
Here you can download the form, fill it out and simply attach it to your return.
Returns formDo you want to exchange something?
No issue! Simply write your desired size or colour within the return form, and we will check availability after receipt of your return! The new shipment would then be free of charge in this case! If you are in a hurry, it is best to place a new order directly, and then we will ship your order immediately! The refund of your return happens within a maximum of 7 days.
What about used or demo items?
We check all already-used items in detail in our store! Nevertheless, even we can make a mistake, and we may overlook something! Therefore, we ask you to check used goods within 24 hours after receipt! If you have discovered something, contact us, and we will look together for a solution!
What is a complaint?
Briefly explained, our suppliers offer a one-year warranty on their products! This means that a product under normal use should not break within one year!
However, if this case should still occur, please follow our guide:
Please send us a few pictures of the whole product and the damage via our complaint form! We also need your receipt number and contact details. Just fill in the corresponding fields. We will then pass the complaint on to our supplier and try to find a solution to the problem immediately.
