VAT Refund

If you would like to export a product purchased from our store out of the EU and receive a VAT refund for it, please proceed as follows:

Have the original paper invoice stamped at customs when you leave the EU. You can send this stamped original invoice + copy of your passport + your IBAN number to us. We will then process the refund as soon as possible.

Important:

  • We can only process stamped original invoices! Order confirmations, delivery bills or other documents may not be processed.
  • Scanned documents are also not sufficient! We therefore advise you to send them by registered mail.

Prerequisite for the refund of VAT:

  • Invoice value incl. VAT is € 150,- or more;
  • Your order will be delivered within the EU;
  • You can prove that you have your residence outside the EU;
  • Your billing address is your home address abroad;
  • You export the products yourself outside the EU;
  • You can export the products within 3 months after purchase;
  • You must send us the original paper invoice + copy of passport + IBAN number with stamp;
