PayPal:

Paypal is one of the easiest ways to order online. Your Paypal-Account is connected to your bank account and will transfer the money quickly and safe to the Surfpirates Paypal-Account. That makes it possible for us to send out your order super quickly. When using Paypal Express, make sure your adresses are up to date , as we will get those adresses from Paypal for the invoice and shipping.

Credit card:

You can order with your credit card (VISA, Mastercard) online and speed up the shipping process with this payment option. When paying by credit card, please always make sure you use our Secure Server which transfers encoded data. Some banks may charge an extra fee when doing orders in another country. Please check with your Card Company or bank if you are not sure. If we revice a bigger order from a first time customer, we may ask for a copy of the passport and cerdit card to make sure no damage is made to anybody.

IDeal

After placing your order, you will be redirected to your bank’s online banking environment. There, you select your account and confirm the payment amount. The payment is processed in real time, allowing us to ship the goods immediately. iDEAL is only available to customers with a bank account in the Netherlands.

KBC

After placing your order, you will be redirected to the secure online banking environment of KBC or CBC. There, you select your account and confirm the payment. The payment is processed in real time, so your order can be shipped immediately. The KBC/CBC Payment Button is available only to customers with a KBC or CBC account in Belgium.

Bank transfer:

You can make a SEPA transfer directly from your bank. Your bank will ask you for our IBAN and Swift/BIC Code. You will find all the details you need in your order confirmation Some banks may charge a fee when you transfer money to our bank in germany. A normal transaction takes between 2-4 days until it arrives on our account As soon as we recieved the money, you will see an update in your Surfpirates Account! You will get a discount of 1% when using bank transfer for your order in the Surfpirates Online Shop.
